The U-shaped profile is designed for framing lattices and creating a frame for a finished panel.

The material is made from lengthways finger-jointed lamellas using a hidden micro-joint.

It can be used for framing the following types of lattices: 1R, 3R, 5R, 6.2R.

Our stock program includes framing profiles in oak, ash, and alder. An H-shaped connecting profile is also available.

Main characteristics of oak wood

Oak wood is one of the most valuable hardwood species. The solid wood is distinguished by its high density (approximately 700-750 kg/m³) and hardness (3.7-3.9 on the Brinell scale). These indicators make oak resistant to impacts, wear, and deformation.

The wood has a distinct and coarse texture with clear annual rings. The grain is usually straight. Solid wood color varies from light brown to dark brown.

Working with oak requires sharp tools. The material sands, polishes, and accepts stains, varnishes, and oils excellently. An important feature of white oak is its closed pores, making the species resistant to moisture. Thanks to these properties, oak wood is an optimal material for high-end furniture, parquet flooring, and load-bearing structures.
